CASE of the WEEK

Case 2: A 51-year-old woman with left breast mass. 

Please described findings and give the BI-RADS.

Mammography reveals a large mass with quite circumscribed border size 12x13x12cm occupying nearly the whole left breast, quite sparing at lower-nner quadrant. Skin thickening at left breast, including nipple. No suspicious microcalcfication identified.

Case 1: A 70-year-old man, known case old CVA and HT. Presented with abdominal distension for 4 days.

- Large bowel obstruction due to colon cancer

- Liver metastasis
