Mammography reveals a large mass with quite circumscribed border size 12x13x12cm occupying nearly the whole left breast, quite sparing at lower-nner quadrant. Skin thickening at left breast, including nipple. No suspicious microcalcfication identified.

Small and large bowel dilatation with step ladder pattern
Small soft tissue density at LLQ abdomen
No air in rectum

Differential height of air-fluid levels in the same loop of small and large bowel loops
CT abdomen reveals a large enhancing soft tissue mass at distal sigmoid colon causing upstream dilatation of the proximal colon.
A few enhancing low density masses/nodules in the liver, favor liver metastasis.
